"The Circle of Magic Paranza" was founded in May 2004, as a laboratory of popular music of the social cooperative "La Fenice" at the Day Centre of the Division of Mental Health Cava - Vietri . Participants the lab, become familiar with musical instruments and singing traditional rural, have mapped out a path towards the society by becoming passive spectators to actors proactive, bearers of culture, tradition and innovation.
The group consists of members and former members of UOSM coordinated by social workers of the cooperative "La Fenice" and performs now with its own performance, both in public events to private parties, in contexts outside of the psychiatric circuit.
consists of approximately nine elements, with the use of a typical instrument and not (pots, jars, containers, general), playing ancient traditional music of our land and some expressions of the popular drama.
