The Finifast TWO Calenzano
ordered by the judge of Lawn work
The company that manages the catering Finifast TWO inside the mall Carrefour has been ordered by the Court of Prato today Monday, April 6 to conduct anti-union action brought by the CGIL FILCAMS because during the strike that lasted from day 24 to day 31 March, the company has kept the restaurant open by using more than workers without strikers also external.
The judge finally ordered the company in addition to the payment of legal fees has ordered the surrender of unions to organize all the documents under which it was transferred to the business and the relationship occurred between Finifast the TWO and the direction of the Mall.
For the union this ruling is an important first step to safeguard the employment of workers who were laid off.
Wednesday, April 8 in the meantime there will be another meeting at the town of Calenzano to which were invited all the parties signatory to the start of the Carrefour Shopping Center.
