Dear Sir,
I wanted to bring to the attention of all readers of this newspaper, that 'happens to me, when I try to buy in the supermarket "Special Offers", so much advertised on the flyers that are delivered every day in our mailboxes. Each time you check your receipt of tenders in question, I find the "forgotten". Even today at the supermarket Auchan, the first special offer flyer, was charged on the ticket with the full price, that ' euro 1.29 anziche' euro 0.89. Se non avessi riscontrato subito l'errore e contestato all'ufficio addetto, avrei perso ben 1,60 euro (avendo acquistato 4 pezzi). Per chi come me, vive di una pensione di vecchiaia di 420 Euro mensili e fa' affidamento su queste offerte giornalmente, non e' certo poco. E' da un po' di tempo che, ormai, controllo sistematicamente gli scontrini con quanto proposto nelle offerte speciali, trovando sempre qualche errore a mio sfavore. La mia esperienza di lavoro per circa 30 anni proprio in questi grandi supermercati, mi permette di asserire che attualmente non esistono controlli sul lavoro del personale preposto, allo scopo di poter risparmiare sulle spese totali. E noi, poveri utenti, paghiamo sempre di piu'.
