Abbiamo infatti calendarizzato già altre date, nel mese di gennaio, nelle quali continueremo il lavoro di stesura testi.

Aumento, in 4 anni, dell’orario di lavoro per 600 lavoratori
part-time; trasformazione di 300 contratti a termine in contratti a
tempo indeterminato; trasformazione del salario di risultato
collettivo in un premio individuale di merito, rispetto a singole
valutazioni individuali - la pagellina; eventuale assegnazione di
buoni spesa (fino a 250euro) per le divisioni che non raggiungono il
premio ed assegnazione, sempre in base pagellina, quindi a totale
discrezione della dirigenza. E poi, ancora, riduzione del trattamento
domenicale e festivo, esclusione per tutti i nuovi assunti a
trattamenti economici e normativi del contratto integrativo aziendale
per 4 anni; maggiore flessibilità per i full-time.

“Pur ritenendo importanti le aperture dell’Azienda rispetto
all’aumento dell’orario a 600 part-time e la stabilizzazione di 300
contratti a termine” afferma la Filcams Cgil “riteniamo le restanti
