The company, which we then presented the new attendance system, introduced for the time being, only in stores.
The new system will detect the presence in minutes as regards both the delays overtime. There will be a tolerance of 15 minutes total per week of delay, and the extraordinary will be paid in minutes.
We sought clarification as to whether some capifiliale require the recovery of minutes of overtime, and the company has stated that they had given instructions to that effect.
We have also challenged the abolition of the 10-minute paid break, always in use in warehouses made unilaterally and without notice by the company since the beginning of September ..
We then addressed the topic of cleaning that is the crux of the more complex negotiation in progress, and sees our positions and those of the company too far. Finally, the company has put a final point of discussion: the overcoming of the roof for the first of the extraordinary levels.
on these two issues, we have continued to narrow in comparison briefly on behalf of the delegation present. We asked the excess over the issue of cleaning, as this may prejudice the outcome of the negotiations, and a study on the failure of the roof of the extraordinary.
We therefore agreed in a meeting restricted to address these two points, for the day October 23 at the headquarters company. We are committed to propose a revision of the text allowing the excess over the issue of cleaning.
In short meeting of the coordination that was followed, in addition to sharing the path, we decided to ask the rapid activation of the safety committee, and to have a meeting of the Coordination Unit on November 4, 2009.
