The February 28 ended the stage of the contract (Articles 15 and 18 of the current and CCNL RECRUITMENT AGREEMENT) on the reorganization of the central structure of the Banca Monte dei Paschi. The procedure contractual analysis was supported by a parallel negotiation which led to the same frame in a major program of recruitment, that compensated, even if partially, the chronic lack of staff complained for months from the Web The Trade Unions expressed a positive opinion on the contents of the agreements reached.
