Non consente di lavorare il 24 aprile, Pasqua, e l'Ipercoop non ha fatto no request to that effect as it could understand the article of yesterday. But the fund remains a fact: Sundays with the sluice down is becoming an exception. What the Sunday work was one of the springs that triggered the protest of dell'Ipercoop 400 workers, who on Saturday went on strike forcing the company to close the hypermarket. The direction
dell'Ipercoop proposed a package of 28 Sundays and holidays worked: some already made (three in January, 1 February) more to do: 1 to March 3 to April 2 to May, June, July in August and September 3 to October 3 to November 4 to December). He also requested an increase in productivity, measured in the report between sales and work hours: an increase of 7%, from 203 to 222 euro per hour, raising sales targets (86.5000000 to 88,000,000 euro). According to calculations made by the unions, the higher productivity should be translated, in 2011, in less than 30 thousand hours of work. They come back into play - the ones that had to be automated, such as extending time to part-time from 20 to 24 hours introduced last year.
"None of the precarious risk their jobs, if anything is likely that his contract will not be processed without a time limit as planned and we will oppose this" states Francesca Muzzi Filcams CGIL delegate. "The point is that we are asked for sacrifices, not only to work most Sundays take up room in our private lives but also to increase the pace of work. While part-time are increasingly moved to the weekend, preventing them from integrating the salary with some other occasional use on weekends. Against this, you do not want to give compensatory or economic - because compared to our colleagues from the supermarket Sunday work we are paid from € 2.40 per hour in less - nor employment. For this reason the strike was so compact, "said Diego Perez union USB.
Today hypermarket Porta a Terra back to work, but it is unlikely the company will call the union representatives.

A choice that could have serious repercussions in terms of property damage and image for the hypermarket. "There is no reason attributable to the normal industrial relations that could justify the choice made." A sensational tight defined a unique case: "There is a similar case in Italy." Unicoop Tirreno says' ready to open a continuous and constant confrontation with all the unions that could eventually lead to collusion. " Unicoop Tirreno remembers "having given during his meeting with workers in the February 15, consent for the official start of the scheduling objectives. The issues are among the most incisive, ranging from new management's to experimental projects for the organization of work, to protection of corporate policies related to the enhancement of fatherhood and motherhood. " But the strike could disrupt relations between the two parties. "We are victims of a trade union policy aimed at gaining the consent of the employees under the old and worn formula of a more and shouting louder." And then a sort of ultimatum: "Faced with the possible continuation of tensions, we will not be available to a confrontation that would be useless and even harmful."
